Hope all are well!
I've been tearing my hair out with a new gearbox I bought for a yale asgard multi point lock.
Unfortunately, my old gearbox had the round door spindle block crack and so I bought a new 35mm yale asgard gearbox replacement.
I thought it would be a straight swap until I realised that the hooks in the multi point lock come out (droop or sag) on their own accord!
I have tried so many things to fix this like try just the gearbox with the top and bottom locks disconnected - this didn't work. A new euro cylinder which didn't work.
It seems as when I pull down the handle on the outside the hook stays in but when I turn the internal hands the hook comes out.
