Muntjac deer​

We have two of these deer coming into the garden eating parsnip tops, runner beans and beetroot tops.
Is there any spray that will stop them ??

I can't think of anything that would deter deer that you'd want to spray on your food plants.
Motion activated water jet? Tiger urine?

No tigers available but I could try my mother in laws

We have this fence and and privet hedge they head butter through made a hole to get through .

Somebody suggested a electric fence but they look very DEER !!

Then you need to plug the hole with something more solid - perhaps a hawthorn hedge would've been better. The thorns are a reliable deterrent to most animals.

Done that with sheet of chip bored, now they are getting through next doors hawthorn hedge and or jumping over, please don't suggest a higher fence

Get a higher fence.
