anybody know of a supplier of these mixer valves used in muslim bathroom and toilets

Hand spray units - any decent merchant. Almost impossible to install them from mains in accordance with water regs by the way. And I've never seen one outside India with the obviously needed waste.

i have fitted them before i use a douche mixer valve with a seperate stop tap with the hose but the firm i used have gone and i cant find anything like it in other catalogues.
the customers dont want cold only. lets face it would you
