my indesit DI-67 dishwasher

I'VE GOT A PROBLEM WITH MY INDESIT DISHWASHER EVERY TIME I SWITCH IT ON ITS NOT FILLING I'VE CHECKED THE WATER INLET AND THE FILTER AND ALL SEEM TO BE OK, IT STARTS UP THEN THE PRE-WASH LIGHT BEEPS ONCE THEN STARTS FLASHING AND THERE IS NO WATER GETTING IN THE WASHER??????????
PLEASE HELP MY WIFE WANTS ME TO WASH UP BY HAND!!!!
