my loft

hi all,loft is just used for storage.
the walls are bare brick work with crumbling mortar,i want to seal in the crumbling mortar to stop dust and small pieces of mortar falling onto the floor.
i am just looking for a paint finish,so how do i go about it.

No point in painting over crumbling mortar Jon..you need to rake it out and brush away the loose..then repair it.

mrs fox loves a challange,even before i met her.
she has a selection of uniforms from her old days,some almost no clothes to a business suit thingy in lycra.
what does she see in me,i know but its classfied.
