I have a Neff oven which has worked perfectly for some years. I have an oven thermometer which I have used to check the temperature in the past and it has always been spot on. However, this has recently changed, and 50 on the dial is actually 70 on the thermometer, and 70 is 100. Can someone tell me what has broken and therefore what I need to replace? Thanks.
