bought a dewalt dcs365 18v pull saw
now surprised it doesnt trench as parallel rails to the bed means its an easy feature to install
anyway had it nearly a year now and tried several non adaption methods like stepped wedges and spacers to prove the theory
now the biggest problem is confined space and 1mm giving about a 5.5mm jump at the head
brain wave today make a cam
after 3 experiments 32mm holesaw [internal 28mm]12mm mdf
cut a 1/2" hole through 1" timber
clamp the timber over the disk on the center line 3.5mm in from the outer edge to give you about 11mm in from the opposit edge
try and drill the 1/2" accurately without chatter as it needs to be a good friction fit
any way with that set up you can get from about 5mm above the saw bed to around 35mm
