Anyone having issues with My5
I have contacted My5 and done all that they advised. Still have problem
3 Samsung TV's will not connect.
No problem on my wifi devises

If you Google it, various problems have been reported, but clearly nothing series.
I can get to your image, but if i select anything its just the My5 circle

Mine worked because I started watching Dexter.

TV app out of date / no longer supported / some other product specific failure.

Apps in TVs are all very well until they don't work, and then you end up with a separate box/stick or whatever anyway.

Can you open on phone and caste to tv.?Tried a tv reset? Hold power button till tv cycles off and on.

My5 give a lest of unsupported models, I tried deleting the app & reinstalling, still no good.

FYI, works fine on my Panasonic GX800 from 2017(?)

Might try on the Fire TV stick later just for curiosity.

2 TVs just had auto update & now work.
Also
CH4 streaming not working on the other TV.
Reading up on it, I think it's related to the Samsung operating system. They only support Tizen..

A Firestick is a great solution to these annoying issues
