Myson Orion Maintenance

I hope someone can help.
I have recently moved into a flat that has a Myson Orion Gas Central Heating System with 5 x radiators off it.
Four of the radiators were only half full when I moved in and I think it is getting worse.
Can anyone tell me the correct procedure to bleed the radiators or 'top up the system so I can get the full amount of heat from my radiators.
