The quick answer is toolstation, 68921.
Thats what I'm using for fixing a featheredge fence this week.

Thats 6cm long, I'm guessing you are using thicker rails.

And screws? I thought you were meant to nail featheredge. Just what I read somewhere on here.

Use the shorter ones then. What law is there that says you must use nails.

no, Those screws drill their own hole and leave a very clean countersink. I drove mine flush with the board and they coloured with the Cuprinol no problem.

remember 1 fixing per board per rail in the thick end covering the thin end about a 5mm gap to the board for expansion
or to explain overlap say 25mm then fixing a further 5mm away as 30mm
