Hi,
I've laid natural stone tiles in my hallway and did the usual clean up of grout film but I have to admit to some sloppier work when I had to regrout some of the gaps which has left thick grout residue at the edges and in the 'pores' of the tiles.
To be honest, I did this the night before I went away and left my son to clean them up (which he didn't do!).
Does anyone know a good product for 'dissolving' the grout because I can't touch it with the ususal film removers even used neat.
Appreciate any help.
Thanks
Andy

You can remove the bigger bits with a wood chisel. A green scotchbrite pad used with hot water will remove the last bits of grout. Just try the scotchbrite pad on an area you can't see first cause they are quite abrasive.
