Recently I have inherited a long thin mirror that I want to replace an existing mirror in the hallway.
Both mirrors have a round hole on the back to hang from a screw in the wall.
The head of the screw in the wall that fits the existing mirror is too wide to fit the hole in the new mirror.
Hence I need a smaller screw. The new mirror hole is 4-5mm in diameter.
I visited Homebase today and they did not have any screws with heads smaller than about 6mm.
Does anyone know where I can get a screw for the job? (no pun intended). UK based.
