Need Advice for a stable Cross stand that won't fall over

I made some crosses out of 1 by 3 boards that are 5 foot high. I thought being this light weight I would be okay. My problem is coming up with a portable stand that can be taken off the crosses for transport that can keep them upright and standing even if I get a little wind.. I am trying to avoid needing sand bags. It seems like there should be an easy way to make a stand but I am not a carpenter. Hoping to get some ideas here. Thank you I do not have a router by the way so I was hoping for design that could be made with chop saw, table saw and drill.
