Need advice on a pan connector

I'm in the process of refurbishing a cloakroom and replacing the old close coupled toilet. The multikwik pan connection is cemented into the wall, and there is a cast iron soil pipe on the other side of the wall. I want to avoid having to remove this connection if possible. I've attached a photo of the connector.

The outlet of the new close coupled toilet I will be fitting will be higher than the old one due to new flooring being fitted, so it won't fit onto the multikwik connector.

I'm looking for advice on the best way to connect the new toilet to the existing fitting. I've seen online that you can get a multikwik multilink fitting and then use an offset connector to connect the toilet.

Would that be a good solution, or are there any better options?

Do you know the height difference? Offset multikwik is what I’d be looking at, that current connection has an extension a or b and can be trimmed back if needed, but swap out the multikwik

Chris, sorry for the long delay in replying to you.

The height difference is around 15 mm and the fitting is at an angle of around 18-20 degrees. I've had another look at the fitting, and its not fixed into the wall and could be removed. I twisted it a bit and pulled it out and I could then see the fins that connect it to the soil pipe.

Would I just need to fit some kind of soil pipe extension, and then a multikwik offset connection to that?

A McAlpine 14 deg. pan connector wont be far away

and depending on I.D. of cast pipe one of these, other outlet sizes are available.

Thanks. That's very helpful. I've heard that McAlpine and Multikwik are the two main brands. Is one better than the other?
