need advice !!

i live in a mid terrace house , whenever i run the cold water , if someone next door runs the water or flushes the toilet my water seems to slow down but not all the time , any advice

This happens to a lot of people, especially at times of peak demand e.g. first thing in the morning.

Dunno what you can do about it though, call the water board?
