need bt to install NTE5 master

HI
i have had a bt line since i remeber

now i want BT to install a NTE5 as my master

here is my current master and only socket in the house. It leads to the roof and then to the telephone pole with no stops.

i want to know how to get bt to get a NTE5 installed as the master line.

can someone tell me.
