Need help identifying this shower.

Hello

The shower gives only hot water, probably a problem with the thermostat cartridge. But don't know the make/model of the shower. The shower must be around 10-12 years old.
Can anybody help please?

I think it could be a model supplied by Travis Perkins / City Plumbing (their own brand) IFLO.

I seem to recall installing one for a customer quite a few years ago.

As Muggles suggests, shower doc.com should be able to help
