I installed this in my house a couple of months ago and can't get the Iphone viewer to work across the internet 
Its connected to virgin media and the ip address hasn't changed as i haven't rebooted the modem. If I type in the numeric ip address I get the customer login page ok.
Now I have signed up for a dyndns account and this has the numeric value on the hosts page.
1 when i connect using the iphone software it doesn't resolve the dyndns back to the actual ip address.
2 How can I be sure the DVR is updating the ip address to dyndns? It says last updated on 12th sept. Should it update dyndns automatically?
