need help to Identify walling material and appropriate fixings

I have a prefabricated garage made of [[??something]]. Can anyone tell from the photos what it is made of, and suggest what sort of fixing i should use on the inside walls?

I'd like to hang fairly heavy stuff (shelves, lawnmovers, other large tools) off the wall.

Total amateur so need to know 'obvious' things too like how to even drill into this stuff. last time i tried to drill into a wall nothing happened

Quick method is to line interior walls with osb then fixing to the timber is simple.( fix using a combination of screws into wall plugs and fixing foam ).
