Need new window contacts for a Concept systems alarm

Hi, I have inherited a Concept systems alarm (came with the house) and it has PIr,s and window contacts, I am thinking of replacing the wooden windows with upvc double glazed units, what type of window contacts will I need and can they be fitted easily?

Contacts are a bad idea, what if someone breaks the glass.

Would suggets a viper or shockguard but these are not diy and need to be setup correctly

hopefully yes, but depends how good the first install was with the contacts.

Why not fit pir`s in the rooms instead?
I realise of course these rooms may be occupied at night, so just an observation.

All depends where it is routed and wether there are enough cores.
