Need to cover each side of cavity wall

Hi, I need some helpful advise please. we had double patio door installed on place of 2 windows and single patio door. The installer did not cover the two sides around the door where they removed the bricks. Now top half is fine but bottom needs to be covered somehow as cavity and bricks are exposed.
Really appreciate easiest method please.

depends whats already there? is it boarded on the higher part? getting a plasterer would be best idea
