We noticed shortly after moving into our condo that this shower would leak out the side. We thought, probably us splashing too much water. Ok, so I removed some of the bad plaster, plastered it up again and sealed around the bottom of that door hinge joint with silicone. But somehow, the water still got through and got the drywall wet. So I waited for it to dry and carved out the bad plaster ready to start again.
The problem here, as you can probably see, is this ridiculously exposed corner from this door hinge that can't be properly siliconed around. Or at least I don't know how.
So can I just plaster that gap, paint it over, then silicone this corner as much as possible to stop that water from getting out under the door?
