NEFF cooker problem

My electric cooker has encountered a problem. The oven will not warm up. However by turning the dial, the grill will warm up to the desired temperature.

So it appears the thermostat works for the grill but not for the oven.

Can anyone shed any light onto this?

Thermostat or oven element(s) ?
I have a Neff Circotherm, element looks like an easy change. Tis separate from the grill element which is also an easily changed item.

I am convinced from searching around that it may also be the element for the cooker. I shall endeavour to sort this myself. Cheers

Interpretation I am sure, it could read that you 'know' it is the thermostat, hence Mr Breezers comment .... Don't get the wrong impression here, just take it as it comes !!
