Neff Domino Induction Hob Fault Er 22

After 2 years fault free service my two ring Neff induction hobs N4263 has faulted with error code Er 22 being displayed.

Can anyone tell me what this fault is ? Public facing Neff help desk are very helpful but Er 22 is not listed in the information available to the public.
