NEFF extractor hood full of dust

Kitchen fitter left our extractor full of dust/rubble after fitting so need to work out how to clean it out.. it is so far unusable. How do I resolve this? Would it be possible to open it up and hoover out the dust. Thx mrs Walker

Don't know which model you have but if it has filters on the underside you should be able to take them out & gain access through to the cavity. strictly speaking you should call the fitter back to do it.
