NEFF INDUCTION HOP Fault

Hi, I have got a NEFF induction hob and the 2 rings on the righthand has stopped working. It says a back to front No.9 and No.2 flashing. Can it be repaired or shall I get another?

Hello David, you can try switching (no power i.e. completely isolated) for at least 15 mins., maybe longer and sometimes this seems to recalibrate them. The two rings share one power supply (inverter) independent of the left side. Common problem is badly soldered PCB boards - large capacitors which have become loose. If you have a bit of nouse/diy proficiency it is worth opening up and having an inspect.
