Neff oven keeps cutting out

Neff oven b4540.0.EU

Fan setting

set temp to 185 come on

Heats up - so element works it seems

Fan runs - so fan works it seems

Oven works fine on other setting so presume cooling fan works!

Then the oven cuts out, the element fan stops and 160 temp icon lights up

Temp icon flashes between 160 and 180 repeatedly.

Any ideas what happening
