Have been looking at the Neff B57VS4NOB oven and the Neff C17MS32NOB combination microwave for a customer. She went to the John Lewis website to look at the reviews and Mumsnet and they came back with terrible reviews about the touch screen and software problems. Nearly all the JL users had trouble just getting the ovens to turn on and bad software to just put in a cooking time.
She is now very reluctant to have these Neff units fitted.
Any service engineers that can throw any light on these latest touch screen appliances as I would not be able to state that they have fixed the problems or have the very latest units to purchase for her.
