I have a Neff double oven and the bottom oven swich has shorted. How do I replace this. Have looked but cant see how it comes off the facia. There are two screws but dont know how to get to them. Any help please.

You usually have to remove the fascia to get at the screws. There is a blow up diagram of your oven here:
