Hope you can advise re the above. Mid cycle the above error code appeared which relates to a drainage issue. I have emptied the drain hose and am trying to access the pump to check that as well. I have unscrewed the pump cover but underneath there appears to be another cover that is screwed to the body of the machine.The manual doesn't appear to make reference to this as it states when the cover is unscrewed I should be able to remove residues etc. Can anyone advise how I should proceed from here please as I don't want to make matters worse being useless at DIY! Thanks very much
