Neighbour preventing water run off

We have 3 outbuildings seperating our house from our neighbours.. We each have access to the sheds from our respective sides with a solid centre wall.

My neighbour has raised the height of his side and made it into a flat roof over all of his sheds and joining his house and thereby has prevented the water running off my 3 sheds..instead it pools at the botton shed and comes through the roof and is about 5 inches deep in there....Needless to say i aint happy about it and before anyone says anything i moved in 8 weeks ago and been busy renovating so iv'e only just discovered this...What action do i take ???

Raise your roof so its higher than his, and see how he likes it

doing this work he probably breached the party wall act, as i Suspect he did the works without a party wall agreement. In theory he could be made to put the roof back as it was... in practice I doubt its worth the hassel probably best to just find a solution to your leaks, eg as someone said bring your roof up in line with his.
