Hi, we have a single story extension running along the back garden boundary to next door. The neighbour is building 1 foot high timber framed raised beds which are gravel filled near the wall and rubble further away . They have a fair bit of stone pavers lying around so assume it is going to be patioed.

Concerned about dpc, if they have affixed to my wall or raised the level above my dpc, what are my rights? Will be on the flat roof tomorrow to see if they have left any gap against my wall.

If it looks dodgy from above, am I OK to go in to her garden to inspect more closely?

She has previous, when extending her kitchen (same wall), the builder said "we need to update the party wall agreement", I replied there is no party wall, just my wall with a temporary structure attached (there was a timber frame with polycarb roof) and they built their own wall with a gap.

When she extended her kitchen she blocked my boiler exhaust.

You need to speak to them now. My late FIL had a sudden damp issue on his boundary wall.

The only way to see the problem was to go on the flat roof above and what he saw was a pile of grass cuttings against his wall

One polite conversation later the pile was removed and several months later the damp issue was gone

Your neighbour has absolutely no right to attach anything to your wall
