Dear Forum,
Neighbour has built some structures and following a query with the City Planning department they have confirmed there is likely a planning breach.
They go on to say that retrospective planning permission will be required giving the adjoining properties an opportunity to put concerns.
At this point it would seem better if an independent report was submitted to articulate and / all key failings and would add credibility to the concerns.
Would a chartered surveyor be the appropriate specialist to commission a report for these matters, and is there a particular type of report I would be asking for?
