We have a 5 year old Neptune solo electric shower 8.5 Kw. Yesterday when the mrs switched it on it seemed to start flow and then suddenly stopped. I've removed the cover and can't find an internal fuse or reset button. Can anyone help please? Or is there a service manual online that i can access.Thank you in advance.

Unless the faulire is a very simple thing, then realistically it's time to replace the whole unit - you can buy the entire shower for just over £60.

More likely the solenoid coil has failed.
Check it with a multi meter for resistance in it's failed state.
A good one should be 3.4 kohms.
