I’ve just installed a potterton titanium 40 and want to attach a nest e thermostat. I don’t have another thermostat in the house so I would be starting from scratch so I’ve no wires to cross reference. Any help as to where the wires should go would be great

I don’t know why you’re looking at the timer and replacement instructions? However 2nd photo which shows wiring, number 2 to common (C) and switched live in number 1 to NO on Nest-e.

Is that all, just they 2 wires. I just posted all the pictures I had. The timer replacement one threw me because it said if you are replacing it with a central heating controller

The existing timer will need to be set to be permanently 'on' 24/7, otherwise it will override the Nest-e.

Alternatively' the two black wires from timer terminals 3 & 4 should be removed from the timer and connected together

Cheers, got that connector block that was supplied and used that worked a treat. Thanks both of you for your help
