Top one is the setting I set up, without touching the dials bottom one is what it showed a week latter. The hall radiator is opposite end of hall to thermostat, and so if doors closed there is a delay in heat getting to thermostat, there are 4 doors not including outside door that lead onto the hall and with doors open hall gets an average of the temperature in all rooms, by using 0.5°C steps the boiler fires on a regular basis so the TRV's can do their job. But the steps are also set at the same time as the TRV's have a programmed change in temperature so when the TRV changes the boiler will be running, but with Nest doing it's own thing the boiler is not running when the TRV programs charge.
