Netatmo thermostat wiring help

Hi

I have purchased a Netatmo thermostat and it only has 2 wires when my existing stat has 4. I have uploaded a picture.

The Netatmo user guide says I need to identify which 2 wires are the control wires and only connect them to the new stat.

Can you help me identify which of the wires in the pic are the control ones? They are labelled as N, L, SL and Earth. I think I need L and SL but I'd rather not blow up the new stat if I'm wrong
