netgear router disconnecting

keep getting "LCP down", whats that all about?

Last time that happened to me it was a problem at the telephone exchange but it may be something else. Which ISP are you with? Can you check your settings are all correct?

I think it's a problem with your internet service provider. I found two references to it. Scroll down to nearly the bottom of the page here - last yellow box - disconnect by far end:

incidentally, does anyone know what LCP stands for? (wikipedia thinks it stands for Little Computer People, or Lights, Camera, Pants !!!!!)
