New ariston washer fills and drains

Hi, we have a new washer, we just hooked up. As soon as we turned on the water it just kept filling even while there was no power, also would drain too, but keeps on filling. Any ideas? Thanks

have a look at your drain hose it might be to low

If there is no power to the machine and it's filling with clean water then the inlet valve has stuck open.
As it's new you have little option but to contact either the retailer for refund/exchange or the manufacturer for repair.



Unplug your appliance before working on it.
