New bathroom suite

Like many others this Christmas I will be replacing a bathroom suite.

The existing one is nasty yellow and is in a house that is being redecorated and then let out in the new year.

Any advise on where to go to get a good deal?
Anyone know of any special offers this xmas?

I don't want to spend too little and the tenants have future problems; but I don't want to spend loads as tenants don't seem to be that careful.

Also do the newer type toilet flushes still cause problems?
