new boiler fitted

fitted a new boiler at the start of last week..working perfectly at the time..them on Monday there pressure drops like a stone..no visible leaks where found at any rad or pipework...Found water constaly going through condi pipe into sink trap...

Lanlord nows tells me that i need to be present when manufactures comes out to look at it is this correct ? i never heard of this situation
