New Boiler Help Please???

Evening all, currently looking for a new boiler for my house. I am a commercial gas engineer so not got much knowledge on reliability of domestic boiler manufacturers.

Im looking for a system boiler, 28kw, reasonably priced. Not cheap or unreliable.

Any advice/thoughts would be greatly appreciated on boiler models falling into that category thanks.
Have noticed the Potterton Gold 28kw System Boiler, seems to have pretty good reviews.

If you are a Commercial gas engineer, you will have heard of and worked on Broag-Remeha , THe Remeha Avanta Domestic boiler is a good piece of kit at a good price, spares easily obtained and very easy to work on too!

Personally I'd go for the Viessmann 100 26/30 Kw system boiler, really good bit of kit with a 5 year warranty too

i agree with the Broag Remeha for quality and but have heard that gloworm have taken them over and Heatline or heat team ,not sure if thats right, are covering the warranties/tech services and they are starting to get diffficult to get a warranty claim covered. Yet today on a new install a fellow RGI had reason to suspect the diverter valve was faulty and rang them, they have arranged to come out tomro morning and fix. Not bad service, lets hope it stay the same.
