New boiler query

Hi lads my father in law is in need of a new combi he has a 4 bed 1 bathroom house.

What would you recommend ,hes got a y plan on and old tank of a boiler and has been told to replace it by bg or who ever it was .

Why does your Father in Law need a Combi are you sure he does not mean a condensing boiler?
