Hi
Looking to replace my aging Gloworm Spacesaver with a Worcester or Valliient.
Because its a flat there is not enough head to have have an expansion tank for another vented system so looks like I will have to go pressurized with a system boiler. I know about the potential for leaks appearing somewhere but one chap who came to give me a quote said that he would powerflush and crank the system up to 3 bar to see if it was going to leak. Would this be good practice?
Also is there any difference/benefit between a system boiler and a conventional boiler with an added expansion vessel and pump installed the the airing cupboard.
Thanks in advance
