New build cracks

Hi All

I moved into a new build almost three years ago and am constantly battling cracks on the top floor, particularly where the roof pitches and around the dormer window. I have tried caulk and filler to no avail. Last time, I taped and plastered the curved parts of the ceiling but they are slowly reappearing. Any advice on how to tackle and keep at bay would be greatly appreciated.

When I last enquired about persistent cracks on here someone recommended using toupret fibacryl filler as it's flexible.

I never got around to trying it I moved house instead.
