Hi all,

Hoping for some advice.
I have had some plastering done and lots of tiny cracks have appeared in it, many of which are not on any joins
The walls were brand new plasterboard, screwed and glued and taped.
It was quite hot when the plastering was done but the room is at the back of the house, hence north facing..
The plasterer says that the prep work was spot on and that sometimes it just happens and has agreed that he will reskim but I am concerned the they will reappear.
Also I have quite a lot of rooms still to plaster and I don't want the issue to reoccur.
Does anyone have any ideas why these cracks would appear?
I have subsequently read that you should keeping misting the plaster for 7 days to prevent it drying too quickly. is this true?

Any help would be much appreciated.
