New composite deck - is this level of water pooling ok?

Just recently had a new composite deck installed. After it rains there is pooling in several parts of the deck including where I step out of the house. I would have thought there should be a slight run to avoid this happening and I think it may be due to unevenness of the deck. The water ends up sitting there all day even when other parts of the garden have dried in the sun.

Is this acceptable for a professional job and if not is it reasonable of me to ask them to rectify? If it’s not acceptable how likely is it they would be able to fix without ripping it up which I obviously wouldn’t want to do!

thanks, any help much appreciated!

To achieve rain water “run off”, decking should be laid on a slight gradient of at least 1 in 80 (1.25%) in the direction of the long side of the boards.

Thanks for the replies so far. I don’t think it’s right based on feedback from others too, how would you go about fixing it in the easiest way?
