Neighbor built new house next door, placed boiler exhaust pointed directly at my front door. When there's no wind, exhaust blows against my house and we have to breathe it along the path to our front door. I asked neighbor to redirect the exhaust with an elbow, but she says she can't (neighbor is her own general contractor), and that her exhaust is to code. What recourse do I have, if any? This is in Seattle, Washington, USA. The following video from today is in warm 60 degree weather. Will there be even more steam when the temperatures drop, too? Vent wall is exactly 6 feet (1.8m) from property line.
