My parents have had a new door fitted by a Certass fitter.

The only door was a wooden one with a chunky wooden frame.

New door is upvc and is set back a little from the old one. In my view, the bricks above the door should be supported with an angle iron or something. At the moment there’s only foam and the mortar above.

Sides, where bricks should be, have been foamed in. Apparently they’re coming back tomorrow to plaster.

Should I ask them to sort this out properly or am I worried about nothing?
