Apologies if these have been asked recently but i've been wondering:-
1.What would be the best combo for a typical foundation to accomodate a single storey lean to extension?
2.I am also slightly confused how to successfully seal a DPM to the existing property which has no DPM but has been damp proofed instead. How can you bridge the two?
3.Is there a preference over egg crate WTF UFH panels or solid polystyrene slabs?
4.Is there is a boiler calc spreadsheet formula i could use to determine boiler?
5.Is there a suitable roofing material/membrane for a roof pitch of 11 degrees? Also is there a tile that can be laid on top without mossing up?
6.The structural engineer has proposed a goalpost steel frame at the rear of the extension so i was wondering how to sit the roof on top of the steel while trying to form an insulated section in front and behind of the steel to avoid condensation.
